$100 pen battery

I purchased a puffco plus on May 29 2021 at a local smoke shop. Within 3 days the atomizer crapped out. It was still under warranty but I have yet to hear anything back from customer service. Today is June 16 2021. As of now it is just a ridiculously overpriced pen battery. I am so disappointed and just want to make everyone aware that there is absolutely no customer service or honoring of warranty with this company.

I would give them 0 starts if I could. I bought an atomizer and it was already broken inside the box or package it comes in, I emailed them back letting them know the Issue it’s been about two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything from them.
DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM GET IT FROM AN ACTUAL STORE OR SMOKESHOP

Absolute worst company to purchase from

Order placed on April 5th. Tracking updated few days ago saying "received item from customer" on May 21. 46? days to just hand over the package to a delivery service.
I've asked for updates and whereabouts dozens of times. They haven't replied to a single email. If you don't get your package, or if you receive a faulty product, tough luck. Don't ever purchase from them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PUFFCO

I bought a PUFFCO Plus in the end of April. It took three weeks to show up. The tracking info is basically useless. The info is not updated and the delivery date would constantly change and remember you need to sign for this delivery so someone has to be home.
I had problems with it straight out of the box. It worked ok but seemed to annihilate my concentrate even on the lowest setting. Then I had to charge it fairly soon because it seemed like it didn’t hold a charge. The first time I charged it, I got about maybe 10 hits before it died again. After that it never even worked. Battery is dead and can’t be charged.
I didn’t even have it for 24 hours before it was completely useless. Filed warranty claim but doubt I’ll ever hear from them. The customer service is non existent and they don’t reply to emails at all. I feel like there should be a class action against them for knowingly ripping people off. Wish I would have read more reviews, several people recommended it to me so I bought it on a whim.

I purchased a product over 30 days ago and I still don't have a working tracking number. Ive emailed their support numeral times and they have stopped responding, with no help whatsoever.
Stay away.

I bought a vision plus pen from Puffco…

I bought a vision plus pen from Puffco and in less than a month. It stopped working. The heating chamber just stopped heating. I tried reaching out to them and they won’t even respond. I filed a claim with them. No response. Filed a complaint with BBB. They are just ripping people off and not giving refunds. Beware!

I bought one off these and it never…

I bought one off these and it never worked out of the box, they sent me a new charger but it still won't charge (red light won't come on) I tried to contact them (hannah) and I got blown off. The battery Is no good. They won't replace it or refund my money. I ONLY HOPE PUFFCO ENJOYED MY $90.00, BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO ENJOY THEIR PRODUCT. I live on a fixed income of $918.00 a month. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

The worse vape pen I ever had

The worse vape pen I ever had. When I bought it it was defective, the battery was not working I couldn’t recharge it. I contacted the company and they told me to send the defective part to them (I had to pay for shipping) and they would examine the part and if they find it defective they would send me a new part which they did but the whole process took time. When I could finally use it after weeks after I bought it, I realized it was the worse vape pen ever. I’ve never been able to get high with it, it works like sh@t, the pen itself is very expensive and you waste money on weed because you keep putting more because you can’t not get high. What a rip off. Stay away from it.

Horrible they shipped 500$ new pro and the shipper never even knocked or rang doorbell nothing was left outside where of course unfortunately during covid people have been stealing people mail they are home well I never got my item I tried sending them an email as they have no phone no SUPPORT furthermore in past they had class action lawsuit for warranty claims. Anyways I tried send email but it got stuck in my draft by time I noticed it was 16 days and they said I HAD 14 DAYS TO TELL FEDEX AND THERFORE I WAS SOL THEY'D NOTHING THEY WOULD DO! ITS 1 GUY NAMES SCOTT IT SEEMS AND HE'S A POS. ANYWAYS I DISPUTE WITH CHIME ANOTHER COMPANY THAT I HAVE A BUG UP MY ASS BECAUSE I CAN'T STAND DISHONESTY AND NOT DOING WHAT'S RIGHT! My contention IS Ab8 never had a business relationship with FedEx(shipper)&NOWHERE ON THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS nor warranty or on anything when you buy item does it say specifically you have 14 days to contact shipper. I've never heard of a company that knowingly is shipping items and not getting signature from person or minimum ring doorbell and have visual confirmation step back take pictures of home owner with box multiple ways they could solve even with covid to reduce contact but you can't leave it unattended sitting warning them blame the customer and make them do your job essentially. I emailed them over 10 times only got rude replies from Scott who didn't offer me anything even though I was very patient waiting months . This place needs get sued again and I'm fixing to do it if anyone has had similar experience dm me at @society_unheard
